We monitor the development in Belarus, and cooperate with the exiled Belarusian Human Rights House in Vilnius, Lithuania. The house serves as a meeting place for people involved in civil society, and provides protection to exposed activists. We also support a Belarusian rock festival in Ukraine. The festival is carried out in exile as singing in Belarusian is banned in Belarus.
