Sofia Lindow, Master of Laws, talks about the conditions in Swedish custody, which has been criticized by the UN Committee against torture and the Committee against Torture of the European Council, among other. Lindow presents the criticizm of the committees and discusses what effect a deprivation of liberty can have on the mental health of the person in custody.
