Providing high quality news – in cooperation with Kosovo Media Association

Kosovo Media Association (KOSMA) is a network of five local radio stations broadcasting local news programmes in Serbian language, covering most of Kosovo. The network reaches almost the entire Serbian community, as well as the Albanian population, in Kosovo. Our cooperation with the radio network aims at providing good, balanced, and unbiased news, primarily for the Serbian population of Kosovo, by way of a daily half-an-hour news journal covering events throughout and about Kosovo. The production aims at enabling the Serbian community to understand the political processes better and to improve the communication between the media, the different communities, and the international and local representatives.

KOSMA was established in 2005 and has continued to function mostly on a voluntary basis. The network stations all contribute and exchange news features for the joint news programs. The estimated number of potential listeners is 80.000 people.
