Fighting Corruption With ÇOHU!

Our cooperation with ÇOHU!, the Organisation for Democracy, Anticorruption and Dignity, aims at influencing the law-making process in relation to the struggle against corruption.

The fight against political corruption is carried out by identifying structures that make mismanagement and abuse of public office, and public funds, possible. and by suggesting amendments to existing laws against corruption, so that the loopholes and ambiguities detected are highlighted and corrected.

ÇOHU! encourages public debates to increase transparency and accountability in Kosovo. Civil Rights Defenders will continue to actively support the work of ÇOHU! both in terms of support to lobby and advocacy work and in terms of organisational development.

The Organisation for Democracy, Anticorruption and Dignity – ÇOHU! was established in 2005 with the goal to fight political corruption.
